28: Shenanigans.
Ehrm…whaaa? *streeeeetch*
Oh, hi there. Sorry, I’m just a leeeeeeeettle bit WIPED OUT.
You know how some people think it’s crazy to get up at 3 a.m. to go shopping the day after Thanksgiving? Well, yeah. It is. But what’s even CRAZIER than that…
…is then turning right around the NEXT morning to wake up at 4 a.m. or so, and hopping in a car to drive SIX HOURS up to San Francisco. And what’s MORE ridiculous? Is the fact that I’m only going for one night, then turning right back around tomorrow for another long drive home.
So this is me, at 6 in the morning, reminding you lest you forget, that I?
Am OUT OF MY MIND.
But it’s all good. Because with this trip, I am about to cross off TWO of my 101 things to do before August 8, 2012. That’s right. Numbers 17 and 73 are getting checked off. But really, that’s just a minor bonus to the simple fact that I’m about to embark on a mini-adventure with my fabulous friend (who also happens to be one of my fabulous bridesmaids!) Megan.
Anyway, sorry for another shortish post, but I’m pretty sure that when I get home tomorrow, I will be itching to write a novel about completing my first two items from the 101 in 1001 list. And also about all the crazy shenanigans Megan and I are sure to get ourselves into.
Because there are ALWAYS shenanigans when you put the two of us together in a car, bus, plane, room, time zone, universe…you get the picture.
Happy Saturday!

sounds like fun!!! i’m totally excited to hear all about it. adventures pretty much rock!
I can’t wait to hear about it! Number seventeen is the opera one, right? Too much fun!
What Opera are you attending? I absolutely love the opera, I really hope you enjoy it! I’m anxious to hear your review of it
Have a BLAST in San Francisco! It’s such a great city all year round, and even more wonderful at Christmas.
Have fun on your road trip!
Random thought: I love the word “shenanigans”.
Oh my gosh, you’re either a crazy woman or a superhero and I’m honestly torn!! lol =)
Sounds like a great trip as long as you weren’t driving the whole way and could, you know, get rested up a bit!
What a marathon, I hope you have a restful week!
