Things I Love Today

- I love that my mother-in-law comes up with silly ways to sign her emails. The current one is “MIL” in Roman numerals: 1049. And if she’s sending it to Joe, too, it’s 1000/1049 (M/MIL).
- I love watching my husband sleep peacefully, especially when he mumbles something incoherent and does a little half-smile. I wonder what he was dreaming about.
- I love that it’s almost Friday.
- I love that I woke up to SIX comments on last night’s post. That was a bit of an ego boost, thankyouverymuch.
- I love discovering other people’s disdain for the misuse of English spelling or grammar…although, I probably misuse them more often than I realize. But y’know…I can haz smartness.
- I love knowing that today at lunch time, I get to plop down on the floor of Joe’s cubicle, eat my little Lean Cuisine, and read a fluffy but entertaining book about a girl who helps people fix their internet dating profiles.
- I love finding new awesome blogs to add to Google Reader, even though I’m already following about 5,391. And I never exagerrate.
- I love the Internet Anagram Server. Endless hours of fun. (“Offender shuns soul”?)
- I love that I finally got a bigger filing cabinet at work, so I can get organized and clear a LOT of crap off my desk. It’s happening today. I hope.
- I love waking up early enough to get ready (albeit ignoring the concept of MAKEUP) and take a few minutes to read blogs and jot this little list down.
- I love lamp.

Hehe… it’s definitely not the first time I’ve ranted about improper grammar. My husband got me a copy of “The Grouchy Grammarian” for Christmas a few years ago. What a great read! I even learned some new things from it!
That anagram site is too amusing! I plugged in my name, got some boring results (too many Es), Allan’s named yielded some funny stuff, but then I put in Todd’s name… nothing. Foiled the machine, LOL!
