Sometimes I alarm myself with my own ridiculousness.
Happy Haiku Friday! If you’re not a fan of totally pointless and uncreative poetry, go ahead and spare yourself the agony of reading the rest of this post.
I just told Megan
That she’s “awesomely random” –
Got a friend like that?
If you do, I’d say
You should count yourself lucky.
(…Unless you can’t count.)
Cuz if you can’t count,
I’d say, “That’s unfortunate.”
And: “Hey! I’ll teach you!”
One: I have one nose.
Two: My nose and yours make two.
(You with me so far?)
Moving on to three:
Three blind mice: see how they run!
(Kind of a weird song.)
Shall we discuss four?
No? Good, I was getting bored.
I bet you were, too.
Remember that show?
With the people and the stuff?
What’s it called again?
Oh well, I forget.
My brain is scattered today.
(If you couldn’t tell.)
I’ve used a lot of
Parenthetical phrases
In these haiku lines.
(I wonder: Is there
Such a thing as the fear of
The parenthesis?)
Ah! This must be why
I love Megan’s randomness:
Cuz I’m random too!
This week’s haiku theme
(As if it’s not obvious):
Randomly Awesome.

hahahahhaha
i ABSOLUTELY love you
and it
and our randomness haha
You’re so fun! I love you and love everything you write even if some of it is random and/or TMI.

“One: I have one nose.
Two: My nose and yours make two.
(You with me so far?)”
LOL! I love that!
I read Tabitha.
Here is my comment to her:
Such perfect haikus!
Much too many times
the subject is on nature,
or about the Earth.
You are randomness
at it’s most logicalness.
I make little sense.
Anyway, rock on!
Keep on writing what you love
about life’s humor.
